St. Thomas Bound!

So I don't know if everyone's heard but Constance got a job with VI Daily news and we will be moving to the U.S. Virgin Islands on Nov. 10th. Exciting stuff.

We will be in Atlanta until the end of Oct. and swinging through the Dothan/Panama City area the first of Nov. and flying out on the 10th. As some of you may know we just moved into a new place two days before finding all this out and really need someone to take our apt. so if you or anyone you know needs a one bedroom please please please let us know it would be a huge help.

In other news SkaterAid was great! My deck sold for 280$ and in all $20,000 was raised to benefit pediatric brain tumor victims. Awesome!

Speaking of art. If any of you out there wants to buy some of my art now is the time cause I am selling it on the cheap. I will post any previously un-posted work to my Picasa with prices. Shipping will be on you unless your in ATL/Dothan. Any older work that is not priced that you may want just email me(ash.paulk@gmail.com).

I hope to see a lot of people in the coming month and we will have a couch on St. Thomas so come visit.

Yo ho Yo ho an 'Island' life for you huh? Don't forget some of us live between ATL & Dothan. Hopefully we can get together before you leave. I'll def. need to work on a trip to the island tho.

people tether their horses there, in the streets. don't eat the mangos off of the trees because if you're like me, you'll develop an allergic reaction to their skins, which is in the same family as poison ivy, and the itching sucks. wash them first. i can't eat mangos now because my face swells up. on a better note, try to watch a donkey race somewhere - they're hilarious. don't snorkle past 4:00pm in semi-shallow water with fire coral. the tide goes down and you'll be screwed. don't leave a parked car anywhere with the windows up - always roll them down and take your belongings with you. people will steal your stuff if you do not do this. okay, that's all the advice i have from my experience on the island. oh, and have fun!
